I am quite narcissistic, no surprise there, so I thought it was about time I explored this using my camera... again. Its been about 2 years since I last sat down and made a self portrait.Its a strange but fascinating process, one of taking and then looking, adding another stage to the creation of a photograph. Its also weird how often I looked at a picture that said "this doesn't look like me". Eventually, I found a crop that I feel encompasses my head on photographic style and the pleasure I take in looking. The slightly raised eyebrow reflects my questioning personality and the unforgiving camera allows the viewer to explore the history of my face (which isn't that long).
But that's just my view.
